企业管理中,人力资源管理在促进企业发展上发挥的作用毋庸置疑,新市场经济体制下,需要通过推进现代人力资源管理水平来促进企业发展。但是现代人力资源制度下很多企业对人事档案管理要求认识不清,人事档案管理存在很多问题,制约了企业战略性人力资源的管理发展。本文主要就现代人力资源制度下人事档案管理的新要求及新策略进行阐述。
There is no doubt that human resource management plays an important role in promoting the development of enterprises in enterprise management. Under the new market economy, it is necessary to promote the development of enterprises through the promotion of modern human resources management. However, under the modern human resources system, many enterprises do not have a clear understanding of the requirements of personnel files management. There are many problems in the management of personnel files, which restrict the management and development of the strategic human resources of enterprises. This paper mainly elaborates the new requirements and new strategies of personnel files management under the modern human resources system.
