一种新的高炉渣处理工艺。该工艺采用高炉渣水淬产生蒸汽,再通过风机循环蒸汽的办法冷却渣,即高炉渣一半靠水淬,一半靠循环蒸汽进行冷却的又一种新的渣处理工艺方法。由于水、蒸汽的比热值大,水汽化过程焓热多,因此该工艺方法比现有的水冷渣工艺节水,比现有的专利空气冷却渣工艺节电、经济效益高。该工艺仅用一台设备,将高炉渣粒化、高炉渣输出,实现高炉渣热转化为高压过热蒸汽,满足发电等实际需求。该工艺设备简单、节水、减少环境污染,并实现了高炉渣热能利用。该项目现已申请了国家专利。
A new blast furnace slag treatment process. The process adopts blast furnace slag water quenching to generate steam, and then through the fan circulating steam cooling slag, which is half by blast furnace slag by water quenching, and half by circulating steam cooling another new slag treatment process. Due to the large specific heat value of water and steam and the enthalpy heat of the water vaporization process, the process method saves water more than the existing water-cooled slag process and saves electricity more than the existing patented air-cooled slag process with high economic benefits. The process uses only one device to granulate the blast furnace slag and output the blast furnace slag so as to realize the conversion of blast furnace slag heat into high-pressure superheated steam to meet the actual needs of power generation and the like. The process equipment is simple, water-saving, reduce environmental pollution, and to achieve the utilization of blast furnace slag heat. The project has now applied for a national patent.
