[Objective]To study the extraction technology of flavonoids from Lycium chinense Mill. . [Method]The flavonoids were extracted from leaves and fruit stalk of Lycium chinense Mill. by different solvents, the orthogonal test was adopted to study the effect of solvent concentration,solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and material particle size on the content and yield of total flavonoids,so as to determine the best extraction technology. The content of crude flavonoids in the leaves and fruit stalk was detected, and the difference of flavonoids content in different samples was analyzed. [Result]The optimum extraction conditions were: 70% ethanol concentration,1∶ 8 ( V ∶V,g /ml) solid-liquid ratio and 3 h extraction time, under those conditions, the content and yield of flavonoids could reach 79. 4% and 3. 72% respectively. The flavonoids content in the leaves was significantly higher than that in fruit stalk, and the leaves picked in May contained higher content of flavonoids than that picked in October. [Conclusion] The study provided theoretical basis for the development of Lycium chinense Mill. flavonoids.
