建筑业的规模扩张及其智能建筑市场的迅猛发展,直接拉动了对智能楼宇新职业人才的需求。对楼宇智能化行业企业人才需求层次的调查和分析,是高职院校楼宇自动化专业人才培养定位的首要前提。该层次人才培养目标在定位于职业领域第一任职岗位需求的基础上,同时也要着眼于人才未来可持续发展需要,为他们打下向更高层次岗位提升迁移的知识基础和技能基础。
The scale expansion of the construction industry and the rapid development of its intelligent building market have directly stimulated the demand for new professionals in intelligent buildings. The investigation and analysis of the demand level of intelligent personnel in the building intelligent industry is the prerequisite for the training and positioning of building automation professionals in higher vocational colleges. The goal of personnel training at this level is based on the needs of the first job post in the field of occupations and at the same time we should focus on the sustainable development of talents in the future and lay a solid foundation for their knowledge base and skills upgrading and promotion to higher-level positions.
