模拟法庭作为高校法学专业人才培养体系的重要组成部分,承担着培养学生公平正义的程序法意识的教学重任。然而,配套制度的缺失与教学目标的错位是高校模拟法庭课程教学当中最突出的问题。应当明确课程性质及其教学目标,在职责分工明确、配套设施完善的前提下,要建立健全相应的模拟法庭课程教学评价体系和考评制度。
As an important part of the training system of legal professionals in colleges and universities, moot court undertakes the teaching task of cultivating students’ awareness of the procedural laws of fairness and justice. However, the lack of supporting system and the dislocation of teaching objectives are the most prominent problems in the teaching of moot court in colleges and universities. It is necessary to clarify the nature of the course and its teaching objectives. Under the premise of a clear division of responsibilities and a complete set of supporting facilities, it is necessary to establish and improve the corresponding teaching evaluation system and assessment system for moot courtrooms.
