根据住院药房工作特点,建立住院药房责任药师制度,为临床医护人员及患者提供药学服务,是医院药学建设发展中需要探讨的问题。现就住院药房建立责任药师的目的、任务及方法探讨如下。1目的探索建立以服务临床为中心的住院药房责任药师制度,搭建住院药房与临床医护人员及患者联系的平台,变被动服务为主动服务,为改变医院药学服务模式,促进药师到临床一线解决
