随着我国经济的高速发展,社会和企业对新型劳动力的要求不断提高,教育已从过去单一的学校教育向多种教育形式过渡,从一次终结性教育向多次开放性教育形式过渡,从单纯的理论培训延伸到理念的更新、团队精神的打造。这种培训形式和内容的多元化和终身教育的思想,已逐步贯彻到企业培训制度的建立与执行的实践中。在拓展培训中,培训师通过受训者亲身参与一些经典的精心研发的项目训练,让其从中总结、体验、感悟、提升,从而达到挖掘潜能,挑战自我,熔炼团队,进而促进组织内部的沟通与交流,改善人际关系,形成积极向上的组织氛围,实现提高企业的凝聚力和团队精神的目的。
