随着科教兴国战略的实施,高校每年都以较大的比例扩招。在高等教育普及化的今天,作为我国教育的一个重要组成部分的农村中等职业教育,却面临举步维艰的局面。国家在很长时期内,一直倾向于高等教育的发展,而对于中等职业教育尤其是农村中等职业教育则是极少关注。本文力求寻找农村中等职业教育发展缓慢的根源,并探究其发展路径,为三农服务。 With the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education, colleges and universities have enrolled more students on a larger scale every year. In the popularization of higher education, secondary vocational education in rural areas, an important part of our education, is in a difficult situation. For a long time, the state has always been inclined to the development of higher education. However, it has paid little attention to secondary vocational education, especially to rural secondary vocational education. This paper seeks to find the root causes of the slow development of secondary vocational education in rural areas, and explore its development path for the three rural services.
