目的:考察不同制备工艺黄白痤疮膏对金黄地鼠皮脂腺斑的影响度,优选黄白痤疮膏的制备工艺。方法:选用成年雄性金黄地鼠侧腹部皮脂腺斑为动物模型,经分别给药30d后,取金黄地鼠皮脂腺斑组织做HE染色切片,显微镜观察并显微摄影。结果:水提脱色法组与空白组相比较,组织中黑色分泌物的量和质相当,皮脂腺数量少、体积小、腺壁薄;其余组与空白组相比较,组织中黑色分泌物量少、质淡,皮脂腺数量少、体积小、腺壁薄。结论:水提法、醇提法、水提醇沉法和茯苓粗多糖法制备的黄白痤疮膏对金黄地鼠皮脂腺作用明显;而水提脱色法药膏作用较弱。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the influence of different preparation process of yellow and white acne cream on sebaceous glands of golden hamster, and to optimize preparation process of yellow and white acne cream. Methods: Sera of adult male golden hamster flanks were selected as animal models. After 30 days of administration, the sebaceous glands of golden hamsters were stained with HE and observed under microscopy. Results: Compared with the blank group, the quantity and quality of the black secretions in the water stripping decolorization group were similar, the number of sebaceous glands was small, the volume was small, and the glandular wall was thin. Compared with the blank group, the amount of black secretions in the remaining group was less , Light, less sebaceous glands, small size, thin glandular wall. Conclusion: The aqueous extract, alcohol extraction, water extraction and alcohol precipitation and Poria cocos polysaccharide preparation of the yellow white acne cream on the golden hamster sebaceous glands significantly; and water extraction decolorization ointment is weak.
