目的:建立妇痒消洗剂中主要药味的薄层鉴别及含量测定方法,以提高制剂质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对妇痒消洗剂中蛇床子、关黄柏进行了定性鉴别研究;采用HPLC法测定制剂中咖啡酸的含量,选用:Kromasil ODS C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,0.01 mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液(1%磷酸溶液调节p H值至3.9)-甲醇(15∶85)为流动相,流速1.0m L·min~(-1),检测波长:323 nm。结果:TLC法可鉴别出蛇床子、关黄柏的特征斑点,且专属性强,分离度好;咖啡酸在0.3464~1.7320μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),平均回收率为99.75%,RSD=1.01%。结论:该方法准确可靠,可用于妇痒消洗剂的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the identification and content determination of the main flavors of the itch and lotion in order to improve the preparation quality standard. Methods: TLC method was used for the determination of Cnidium and Phellodendron in Fokie Lotion, and the content of caffeic acid was determined by HPLC. Kromasil ODS C18 (4.6mm × 250mm, 5μm) 0.01 mol / L sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution (1% phosphoric acid solution adjusted pH value to 3.9) - methanol (15:85) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 m L · min -1 with a detection wavelength of 323 nm. Results: TLC method was used to identify the characteristic spots of Cnidium and Phellodendron, with strong specificity and good resolution. Caffeic acid showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.3464 ~ 1.7320 μg (r = 0.9996) The rate was 99.75% with RSD = 1.01%. Conclusion: This method is accurate and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of itching elimination lotion.
