为顺应经济社会发展对口才教育的新需要,高职院校口才课程改革应进一步明确改革的基本原则,突出课程的实操性、职业性、实效性,削弱其学理性、课堂性、虚文性。在教学手段上重点强化与口才使用相关的多种思维训练和对话情景模拟,优化教学效果考核机制,形成教学相长、学以致用的良性循环。不仅如此,教师应当消除教学惰性,及时收集和编纂教学辅助资料,巩固教学效果,推动口才课程改革进程。
In order to meet the new needs of eloquence education in the economic and social development, the reform of the eloquence curriculum in higher vocational colleges should further clarify the basic principles of reform, emphasize the practicability, professionalism and effectiveness of the curriculum, and weaken its rationality, classroom and imaginary . Focus on teaching methods to strengthen a variety of thinking and dialogue with the use of eloquence training scenarios and dialogue to optimize teaching effectiveness assessment mechanism to form a teaching of knowledge, learn from the virtuous circle. Not only that, teachers should eliminate teaching inertia, timely collection and compilation of teaching aids, to consolidate the teaching effectiveness, promote the process of eloquence reform.
