本文从概念理解入手,通过分析民航高技能人才所涵盖的岗位范围,职业能力要求,力图诠释民航高技能人才培养是民航长久发展的百年大计。文中阐述了如何培养民航高技能人才的途径与方法,研究提出在解决培养民航高技能人才方面应采取的对策。 Starting from the concept understanding, this article attempts to explain the long-term development of civil aviation by analyzing the job scope and professional ability requirements covered by civil aviation highly skilled personnel and trying to interpret the cultivation of civil aviation highly skilled personnel. This article elaborates ways and methods of how to cultivate highly-skilled personnel in civil aviation, and puts forward some countermeasures that should be taken in solving the problem of developing highly-skilled personnel in civil aviation.
