全球经济一体化使中国业已成为"世界工厂",面向社会需求和经济发展,培养更多的应用型、技能型人才,成为高等教育包括高职教育的根本任务. "但当前,我国教育结构和管理过于学历化的倾向或体制弊端,同社会需求存在着较大的矛盾,这一点在高职教育中尤为突出."[11]高职教育在人才培养模式上仍然以理论教学为主,忽视了对学生实践能力与综合素质的培养,使培养的人才不能很好她适应社会的需要.因此加强高职教育的职业技能教育切实可行也势在必行.
