罗丹明6G(R6G)是一个被广泛应用的激光染料,因此有很多人研究它的性质。已知R6G是离子型化合物,因此在有机溶剂中,分子和离子形式可同时存在,本文从改变溶剂性质,用以了解是分子还是离子发射荧光。实验结果表明R6G的荧光来源于它的离子态。实验试剂 R6G为BDH公司产品,经中国医药公司上海化学试剂采购站分装,其他试剂均为北京化工厂A.R.级试剂,在试验条件下均无干扰荧光,因而未进一步纯化。
Rhodamine 6G (R6G) is a widely used laser dye, so many people study its properties. It is known that R6G is an ionic compound so that in organic solvents both molecular and ionic forms can coexist. In this article, we change the nature of the solvent to see if it is a molecule or an ion that emits fluorescence. The experimental results show that the fluorescence of R6G comes from its ionic state. Reagent R6G is a product of BDH, and is subdivided by Shanghai Pharmaceutical Reagent Purchasing Station of China Pharmaceutical Company. All other reagents are A.R. grade reagents from Beijing Chemical Factory, which have no interference fluorescence under the test conditions and have not been further purified.
