以我国多个典型的住宅建筑和商业建筑为研究对象,基于生命周期评价理论,依托于建筑环境负荷评价体系(BELES)的数据库和分析模型,对各个样本的建材焓能和CO_2排放进行了详细计算和分析,并对建筑运行阶段和建造拆除阶段的能耗和CO_2排放进行了研究。结果表明,主要建材中焓能排前三的依次是钢材、水泥和铝材,CO_2排放量最大的依次是水泥、钢材和铝材。建筑的全生命周期能耗中运行能耗所占比例最大,建材焓能次之。住宅建筑和商业建筑由于运行阶段的用能情况差异而在其全生命周期中呈现出不同的能耗和CO_2排放特点。
Taking the typical residential buildings and commercial buildings of our country as the research objects and based on the life cycle assessment theory and based on the database and analysis model of the BELES, the enthalpy and CO 2 emission of building materials in each sample are detailed Calculated and analyzed, and studied the energy consumption and CO 2 emission during the construction operation phase and construction dismantling phase.
