用本实验室改良的用以检测脑脊液和外周血T、B、D和N淋巴细胞的混合花环法,研究32例急性多发性神经根神经炎患者的脑脊液和外周血的淋巴细胞亚群。结果发现,本组患者脑脊液中T细胞增加,N细胞下降;外周血改变恰与此相反;脑脊液中IgG也上升。这支持本病是因免疫调节障碍而主要由T细胞介导的免疫性脱髓鞘病,但体液免疫也可能参与本病的发病机制。并指出要以脑脊液来研究本病的中枢神经系统免疫学异常。
Using a modified rosette method modified by our laboratory to detect T, B, D, and N lymphocytes in cerebrospinal fluid and peripheral blood, lymphocyte subsets of CSF and peripheral blood were studied in 32 patients with acute multiple neuritis. The results showed that in this group of patients with cerebrospinal fluid T cells increased, N cells decreased; peripheral blood changes just the opposite; IgG in cerebrospinal fluid also increased. This support is due to immunosuppressive disorders and mainly by T cell-mediated immune demyelinating disease, but humoral immunity may also be involved in the pathogenesis of this disease. And pointed out that we should study the cerebrospinal fluid of the central nervous system immunological disorders.
