为进一步加强旅游基础设施建设,改善旅游产业的基础条件,促进旅游业持续、快速、健康发展,今年3月,我省向国家计委上报了4个国家级景区旅游基础设施建设项目。国家计委现已下达了坎布拉国家森林公园、西宁市南山旅游景区的两条旅游道路建设项目的投资计划,项目总投资为2155万元。其中西部国债1800万元,我省地方自筹355万元。这是继2000年国家计委安排我省青海湖、互助北山、循化孟达3个景区的4条旅游道路建设项目之后,又一次对我省旅游基础设施建设的支持。目前,该项目已完成可研批复,初步设计工作正在进行,预计9月将开工建设,
In order to further strengthen the construction of tourism infrastructure and improve the basic conditions for the tourism industry so as to promote the sustained, rapid and healthy development of the tourism industry, in March this year, the province reported to the State Development Planning Commission four national tourism infrastructure projects. The State Development Planning Commission has already issued investment plans for two tourist road construction projects in Kumbula National Forest Park and Nanshan Tourism Scenic Spot in Xining City, with a total investment of 21.55 million yuan. Of which 18 million yuan in western bonds, the province raised 3.55 million yuan of their own. This is the second time in 2000 the State Planning Commission arranged Qinghai Lake in our province, mutual aid Kitayama, Xunhua Mengda three scenic spots of the four tourist road construction projects, once again the construction of tourism infrastructure in our province.
