目的探索低龄小学生家庭的视力健康干预措施,为开展学生视力健康促进工作提供参考。方法选择学校条件齐同的肇庆市一年级新生,以奇偶数班别等距划分干预组和非干预同期对照组,以单盲法获得自愿接受连续干预3a对象,以家庭用眼环境改善率、学生健康用眼行为建立率、视力不良率、视力等级变化为研究效应指标。结果干预组多项效应指标优于对照组,其中自身对照显示其视力不良率保持不变而对照组上升。视力等级前后Kappa一致性检验变异小,而对照组变异大,视力正常人群维持率高于对照组,视力等级随学龄增加变重趋势不显著(χ2=2.685,P=0.101),而对照组加重趋势显著(χ2=7.068,P=0.008)。结论实施低龄小学生家庭视力健康促进措施依从性好,能有效防控学生视力不良发生、发展。
Objective To explore the vision health interventions for young pupils in families and provide references for the students’ eyesight health promotion. Methods Freshmen of the same grade in Zhaoqing were enrolled in this study. The intervention group and the non-intervention group were equally divided by odd and even classes. Single-blind method was used to obtain 3a subjects who voluntarily received continuous intervention. Students healthy eye behavior establishment rate, poor vision rate, visual acuity level changes for the study of the effect of indicators. Results The intervention group was superior to the control group in multiple effects indicators, of which self-control showed that the rate of poor vision remained unchanged in the control group. Kappa consistency test before and after the visual acuity variation was small, and the control group mutation, normal vision retention was higher than the control group, visual acuity levels with increasing school age did not change trend (χ2 = 2.685, P = 0.101), while the control group increased The trend is significant (χ2 = 7.068, P = 0.008). Conclusion The implementation of home-based health promotion measures for young pupils has good compliance and can effectively prevent and control the occurrence and development of students’ poor eyesight.
