目的探讨T2DM患者血清谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)与糖尿病慢性肾脏疾病(CKD)的关系。方法选取糖尿病慢性肾脏疾病者(CKD组)160例和单纯T2DM者(T2DM组)166例,比较两组参数的差异,并对有差异的指标进一步行Logistic回归分析。结果 CKD组BMI、糖尿病病程、24hUAlb、TG、HbA1c、GGT、8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)、3-硝基酪氨酸(3-NT)均高于T2DM组,而谷胱甘肽(GSH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)低于T2DM组(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,糖尿病病程、HbA1c、GGT是CKD的危险因素(OR=3.38、4.43、6.80,P=0.003、0.012、0.008)。结论 GGT与CKD的发生存在相关性,可能是CKD的危险因素。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT) and diabetic chronic kidney disease (CKD) in patients with T2DM. Methods Sixty-six patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD group) and 166 patients with T2DM (T2DM group) were enrolled in this study. Logistic regression was used to analyze the differences between the two groups. Results The BMI, duration of diabetes, 24hUAlb, TG, HbA1c, GGT, 8-OHdG and 3-NT in CKD group were higher than those in T2DM group, while glutathione Peptides (GSH) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were lower than those of T2DM group (P <0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the duration of diabetes, HbA1c, and GGT were risk factors for CKD (OR = 3.38, 4.43, 6.80, P = 0.003,0.012,0.008). Conclusions There is a correlation between GGT and CKD, which may be a risk factor for CKD.
