目的建立芭蕉根不同采收期的UPLC指纹图谱分析方法,为其原药材的采收期提供参考。方法采用Agilent ZORBAX RRHD Eclipse Plus C18(2.1×100mm,1.8μm)色谱柱,0.1%乙酸水-乙腈洗脱系统,梯度洗脱,检测波长为:290nm,流速为0.2ml/min,柱温35℃。测定12批芭蕉根药材的指纹图谱,并对不同月份的芭蕉根进行系统聚类分析和相似度比较。结果 12批不同采收期芭蕉根药材共有峰的个数和相似度有差异,利用系统聚类分析可将不同月份的药材分为两大类,其中1~9月归为一类,10~12月为一类。结论从化学成分相似性的角度看,建议芭蕉根的采收期为1~9月份。
OBJECTIVE To establish UPLC fingerprinting method for different harvesting periods of banana root, providing a reference for the harvesting period of its original medicinal materials. Methods The system was eluted with an Agilent ZORBAX RRHD Eclipse Plus C18 (2.1 × 100 mm, 1.8 μm) column using 0.1% acetic acid in water and acetonitrile. The detection wavelength was 290 nm, the flow rate was 0.2 ml / min and the column temperature was 35 ℃ . The fingerprints of 12 batches of banana root were determined, and the cluster analysis and similarity of banana root in different months were compared. Results There were differences in the number and similarity of the common peaks of 12 batches of medicinal herbs in different harvest periods. By using systematic cluster analysis, the medicinal materials in different months could be divided into two categories, of which 1 to 9 months were classified into one category, December is a category. Conclusion From the point of view of chemical composition similarity, it is suggested that harvest time of banana root is from January to September.
