战伤编码的研究和制定对战伤伤情的准确判断、医疗文书记录、卫生资源配置、卫勤决策支持以及卫勤信息化建设具有重大意义。由于战伤具有伤员批量产生、伤情复杂、致伤机制多、伤道感染严重等特殊性,民用创伤编码系统不完全适用于战伤数据。本文综述了国外民用创伤编码系统和美军战伤编码系统,探讨其对我军战伤编码研究的借鉴意义。
It is of great significance to study and formulate war-wounded codes and make accurate judgments on war-wounded injuries, documenting medical records, allocating health resources, and making decision support for medical attendance and medical informationization. Due to the special nature of war wounds, such as mass production of injured persons, complicated injuries, multiple injury mechanisms and severe wound infection, the civil trauma coding system is not fully applicable to war-injury data. This article summarizes the foreign civil trauma coding system and the US military trauma coding system, and discusses its reference significance for the research on the war damage trauma coding in our country.
