本文观察了急性高原反应、高原肺水肿患者及同海拔健康者各20名的血气、心肺功能及体液平衡的变化.结果表明二者均有低氧血症,心功能不全,体液代谢异常以及脑水肿表现.本文还讨论了急性高原反应、高原肺水肿的综合定量诊断标准.
In this paper, the changes of blood gas, cardiopulmonary function and body fluid balance in 20 patients with acute altitude sickness, high altitude pulmonary edema and those with the same altitude were observed.The results showed that both had hypoxemia, cardiac dysfunction, abnormal metabolism of body fluid and brain Edema performance.This article also discusses the acute high altitude, high altitude pulmonary edema comprehensive quantitative diagnostic criteria.
