从2006年底电信行业开展“诚信服务、放心消费”活动以来,全国电信消费者积极响应,可以说这是一次适时的“引导、服务消费”行动,消费者的热情参与,运营企业的诚信服务给2007年的电信市场带来了不小的感动。就江苏而言,在整个活动中,各电信运营企业积极响应省通信管理局的号召,认真贯彻“诚信服务,放心消费”的活动要求,并结合自身经营活动中面临的电信服务问题,采取了各项具体措施,规范服务,不断丰富和完善以客户为中心的服务体系。随着活动的进一步深入,江苏通信监管机构认为,随着信息技术的融合发展,优质的运营服务将面临更多的挑战,全面提升服务水平绝不仅是通过短时间内一、两个专项行动就能够奏效的。诚信经营、诚信服务是对企业最基本的要求,以人为本、优质服务是行业永恒的主题。为此,江苏通信管理局和各电信业务经营者还将为保护消费者权益、构建和谐电信业、促进社会诚信建设做出长期的努力。
