部编初中化学课本第三章第五节“混和物的分离”中介绍了纸上层析实验。纸上层析对有机物的分离特别是微量物质的分离和鉴别有它的优点,对金属离子的分离也有很好的效果。我们选用了分离金属离子Fe~(3+)、Cu~(2+)、Co~(2+)的混和液,用普通滤纸作支持剂,用含5%水的丙酮和8%浓盐酸(c.p.)的混和物作展开剂,同时挑选了亚铁氰化钾和硫氰化钾两种试剂作为显色剂,效果相当满意。
The paper’s paper chromatography experiment was introduced in Chapter 3, Section 5, “Separation of Mixtures,” by the Department of Chemistry. Paper chromatography has its advantages in the separation of organic matter, especially the separation and identification of trace substances, and also has a good effect on the separation of metal ions. We used a mixture of metal ions such as Fe 3+, Cu 2+ , and Co 2+ , and used ordinary filter paper as a support agent, using acetone containing 5% water and 8% concentrated hydrochloric acid ( The mixture of cp) was used as a developing agent, and potassium ferrocyanide and potassium thiocyanate were selected as chromogenic reagents. The effect was quite satisfactory.
