众所周知,同工酶是基因表达的直接产物,可作为研究生长发育过程生理生化特性的重要手段。关于草菇的同工酶方面张树庭等曾有过对草菇过氧化氢酶和细胞氧化酶同工酶的报道。本文试图对四种同工酶在草菇子实体不同发育期的表现做初步研究,了解其在酶学方面的内在规律,以期为草菇高产栽培、菌种选育和种质资源鉴定等方面提供有效的生理生化指标。
