Bf1 带有集成前放、热电致冷、控温、浸没型Hg_(1-x)Cd_xTe光导探测器徐国森朱三根(中科院上海技物所)3~5μm波段HgCdTe光导红外探测器,存室温下由于它具有较高的探测率和响应率,并且容易和集成前放相匹配,而且还可以利用简单的热电致冷技术,使探测率和响应率有较大的提高,在本项工作中为了消除环境温度起伏的影响,控制致冷器电流使之恒温工作,采用浸没技术,把元件粘贴在透镜的平面上,以提高探测率和增加视场角。本项工作是利用上述技术组合成一个带有集成前放、控温的,
