目的优选促排合剂的提取工艺。方法采用正交设计试验对促排合剂提取工艺的影响因素进行设计,并在设计的工艺条件下进行试验,以处方中有效成分2,3,5,4-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量及出膏率为考察指标,筛选出促排合剂最佳提取工艺。结果最佳工艺条件为加10倍于药材量的水,浸泡药材22 h,煎煮3次,每次煎煮2 h。对所选最优结果重复3次验证,促排合剂出膏率为61.23%~62.04%,有效成分2,3,4,5-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量为0.48~0.58 mg·mL-1。结论所优选的工艺条件合理、可行。
Objective To promote the extraction and extraction agent mixture. Methods Orthogonal design test was used to design the factors affecting the extraction process of the Chinese herb extract.
