共轭亚油酸(CLA)具有减肥、降脂、抗癌、增强机体免疫力等多种生理功能,已广泛应用于医药、保健、化妆品等领域。CLA具有多种同分异构体,不同构型的CLA理化性质及生理活性不同,因此建立可靠、方便易行的分析检测方法至关重要。本文综述了近几年包括气相色谱法、银离子色谱法、毛细管电泳技术、紫外分光光度法以及红外光谱法在内的,针对不同基质的CLA分析检测方法的研究现状,以期在CLA的分析中提供参考,为CLA的新型分析方法研究提供思路。
Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) has a variety of physiological functions such as weight loss, lipid-lowering, anticancer, and immune enhancement, and has been widely used in the fields of medicine, healthcare, cosmetics and the like. CLA has a variety of isomers, CLA different physico-chemical properties and physiological activity of different configurations, so the establishment of reliable, easy and convenient analytical method is essential. This review summarizes recent studies on CLA assays for different substrates including gas chromatography, silver ion chromatography, capillary electrophoresis, UV spectrophotometry, and infrared spectroscopy in order to provide insights into CLA analysis Provide a reference for the CLA’s new analytical methods to provide ideas.
