醋酸洗必泰在水中溶解度较低,参照文献(沈阳药学院药剂教研组:常用药物制剂,247页,辽宁人民卫生出版杜,1979;南京药学院主编:药剂学,94页,人民卫生出版社,1978)介绍的方法,以热蒸馏水溶解本品,制成1%溶液,使用时再稀释至所需要的浓度。但在使用中发现,1%水溶液极不稳定,放置数日即析出沉淀。经实验确证,本品水溶液的浓度≥1%时透明度较差而呈现浑浊,短期内就有絮状物析出。未经过滤的1%溶液析出的沉淀,快于并多于过滤的溶液。由此提示本品在其1%

However, found in use, 1% aqueous solution is very unstable, settling precipitation for several days. The experimental results show that the aqueous solution of the product ≥ 1% less transparent transparency and turbidity, there is a short-term precipitation of floc. The unfiltered 1% solution precipitates faster than and more than the filtered solution. This prompted this product in its 1%
