当前,京津冀医疗合作发展很快,成效显著。但还存在着国家和省级层次的总体规划尚未出台,合作较为无序;京津冀区域有别、政策各异;医院编制问题,影响医院自身发展;国家部委直属和部队医院与我省医院合作热情有待提高等问题。为此建议:1.从国家层面完成顶层设计,三地政府共同推动制定京津冀医疗合作规划,规划中要体现:推动国家部委直属医院和部队医院与我省医院开展深入合作,有效疏解到北京就医人员;
At present, Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei medical cooperation developed rapidly with remarkable results. To complete the top-level design from the national level, the governments of the three places should jointly promote the formulation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cooperation plan for medical treatment.
