目的研究牛磺酸对GABA的替代作用。方法用氨基脲预处理后,观察牛磺酸在脑内GABA水平降低时对大鼠杏仁核点燃发展的影响;在小鼠氨基脲惊厥模型,计数惊厥发生率。结果脑内GABA水平降低时脑室注射牛磺酸400ug不能延缓大鼠杏仁核点燃发展进程(P>0.05);小鼠脑室注射牛磺酸40ug对氨基脲惊厥没有抑制作用,反有易化作用(P<0.01)结论牛磺酸不能替代脑内抑制性氨基酸神经递质GABA的作用。
Objective To study the substitution effect of taurine on GABA. Methods After pretreatment with semicarbazide, the effect of taurine on the development of amygdala in rats was observed when GABA level decreased in the brain. The incidence of seizures was counted in the semicarbazide model of convulsion in mice. Results The intracerebroventricular injection of taurine 400 ug could not delay the development of amygdala in rats (P> 0.05). The injection of taurine 40 ug into the ventricles of mice did not inhibit the seizures, (P <0.01) Conclusions Taurine can not replace the inhibitory amino acid neurotransmitter GABA in brain.
