社会主义市场经济发展,一方面为了企业的经营制造了挑战,同时也为企业的进一步发展创造了机会。加强企业自身管理水平尤其是人力资源管理水平意义重大,是企业管理的核心内容。其中企业的绩效管理工作更是重中之重。笔者针对企业人力资源管理中的绩效管理相关问题与对策进行简要论述。
The development of the socialist market economy not only created challenges for the operation of enterprises, but also created opportunities for the further development of the enterprises. Strengthening enterprise management level, especially human resource management level is of great significance, is the core content of business management. One of the performance management of enterprises is even more important. The author briefly discusses the problems and countermeasures of performance management in enterprise human resource management.
