偶尔熬夜可能没什么,但是经常半夜不睡觉就要小心了,抑郁症可能会来找你。这是美国密歇根大学的科研人员最近发表的研究结论。科研人员找来171个大学生,对他们进行了为期两周的跟踪调查,并记录他们每天的情绪状态、睡眠时间、入睡需要的时间以及睡眠的质量。结果显示,有1/3的人报告自己的睡眠有问题,包括入睡时间较长、睡眠时间短、睡眠质量差。记录还显示,有17%的人存在焦虑和抑郁现象。值得注意的是,这17%的人和睡眠有问题的人高度重合,也就是说,经常不按时睡觉的人,尤其是经常熬夜的人,诱发抑郁
Occasionally, staying up late may not be a problem, but often you should be careful not to sleep at midnight. Depression may come to you. This is a recent study published by researchers at the University of Michigan. The researchers recruited 171 college students, conducted a two-week follow-up survey of them, and recorded their emotional state every day, sleeping time, time needed for falling asleep and the quality of sleep. The results showed that 1/3 of people reported that their sleep problems, including longer sleep time, short sleep, poor quality of sleep. Records also show that 17% of people have anxiety and depression. It is noteworthy that 17% of people sleep well with people who are highly coincident, that is, those who often sleep on time, especially those who often stay up late, induce depression
