为探讨甲氰咪(?)对门静脉高压症血液动力学的影响,应用胆总管结扎法,制咸犬实验性肝硬变门静脉高压症模型,观察静脉注射甲氰味(?)后其肝脏及全身血液动力学指标的变化。结果显示:用药后自由门静脉压、肝静脉楔入压、肝静脉压力梯度及门静脉阻力均呈同步下降,门静脉血流量及全肝血流量轻度增多,肝动脉血流量、平均动脉压、下腔静脉压均无明显变化。表明甲氰咪胍可通过降低门静脉阻力降低门静脉压力,而对肝脏血流及体循环无不良影响。
To investigate the effect of Cimetidine on hemodynamics in patients with portal hypertension, the common bile duct ligation method was used to establish the experimental liver cirrhosis portal hypertension model in dogs. The changes of liver and Whole body hemodynamic changes. The results showed that the free portal pressure, hepatic venous wedge pressure, hepatic venous pressure gradient and portal vein resistance decreased synchronously with the portal vein blood flow and whole liver blood flow increased slightly after treatment. The hepatic artery blood flow, mean arterial pressure, No significant changes in venous pressure. Cimetidine can reduce portal vein pressure by lowering portal pressure without adverse effects on hepatic blood flow and systemic circulation.
