[目的]了解青岛市李沧区居民的死亡谱及各种死因的减寿情况,为有效开展疾病控制提供科学依据。[方法]对2009年李沧区居民死因监测资料进行分析。[结果]2009年李沧区合计死亡1 814人,总死亡率为600.71/10万,其中男性为704.59/10万,女性为498.16/10万。居民的前5位死亡,全部居民分别为恶性肿瘤、心脏病、脑血管病、呼吸系统疾病、损伤与中毒,其中男性分别为恶性肿瘤、心脏病、脑血管病、损伤与中毒、呼吸系统疾病,女性分别为恶性肿瘤、心脏病、脑血管病、呼吸系统疾病、糖尿病。居民减寿率最高的前3种死因,全部居民分别为恶性肿瘤、心脏病、脑血管病,其中男性分别为恶性肿瘤、心脏病、脑血管病,女性分别为恶性肿瘤、损伤与中毒、心脏病。[结论]2009年李沧区居民死亡率处于一般水平,慢性非传染性疾病、损伤与中毒是居民死亡和减寿的主要原因。
[Objective] To understand the death spectrum of residents in Licang District of Qingdao City and the causes of death from various causes, and provide a scientific basis for effective disease control. [Method] The data of death cause monitoring in residents of Licang district in 2009 were analyzed. [Results] The total number of deaths in Licang district was 1 814 in 2009 with a total mortality rate of 600.71 / 100 000, of which 704.59 / 100,000 were for males and 498.16 / 100 for females. The top 5 residents were dying. All residents were malignant tumor, heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, respiratory disease, injury and poisoning. The men were malignant tumor, heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, injury and poisoning, respiratory disease , Women were malignant tumors, heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, respiratory diseases, diabetes. The top three causes of deaths were the highest among all residents, including malignant tumors, heart diseases and cerebrovascular diseases. Among them, male patients were malignant tumors, heart disease and cerebrovascular disease respectively. Malignant tumors, injuries and poisoning, heart disease. [Conclusion] The mortality rate of inhabitants in Licang district was at a general level in 2009. Chronic non-communicable diseases, injuries and poisoning were the main causes of death and longevity of residents.
