在《体育(与健康)课程标准》中,社会适应领域的学习内容之一就是培养学生保持良好的人际关系的能力,形成强烈的团队合作精神和竞争意识。而目前,高中学生中独生子女占一定比例,因为家庭成员对他们的溺爱,往往具有较强的自我中心倾向,对家庭和成人(老师)存在着强烈的依赖心理,当面对陌生的环境或挫折时,很多学生可能会束手无策,表现出不善于与人交往或存有孤独感、自卑感,甚至有的学生表现出人际交往恐惧和障碍。在体育团体游戏教学时也经常发现一些学生参与积极性不高、脱离团体或以种种理由推脱不参与活动;有时活动中间休息时,会出现部分学生独自游离于学生小群体之外等一些现象。本文提出把团队竞赛用到高中足球选项教学中,为高中体育足球课教学模式提供参考。
In the “Standards of Physical Education (and Health) Curriculum,” one of the components of learning in the field of social adaptation is to cultivate students’ ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and form a strong sense of teamwork and competition. At present, only high school students account for a certain percentage of only-child children, because family members tend to spoil their self-centered tendencies, and there is a strong dependence on family and adults (teachers). When faced with unfamiliar circumstances or When frustration, many students may be at a loss what to do, showing that they are not good at interacting with others or having loneliness and inferiority, and even some students show fear and obstacles in interpersonal communication. In the sports group game teaching, it is also often found that some students are less motivated to participate, or are excluded from the group or shirk their participation in activities for various reasons. Sometimes during the activities, some students may appear isolated from the small group of students alone. This paper proposes that the team competition should be used in the teaching of high school football options, which can provide a reference for the teaching model of high school sports football.
