行政公文是国家各级行政机关在行政管理过程中,按照确定程序和特定体式形成的具有相应效力的文字材料,是行政管理工作不可或缺的重要书面工具。而行政公文汉藏翻译是把党中央的各种政策条例和决策部署更好地传达和贯彻到边疆藏民族地区,所以行政公文的汉藏翻译在藏族聚居地方显得特别重要。本文主要从四个方面阐述了行政公文汉藏翻译的作用和意义。
Administrative documents are the written materials that have the corresponding effect formed by the administrative organs at all levels in the process of administration according to the procedures and specific methods. They are the important written tools indispensable to administrative work. However, the administrative official document of Hanzang translation is to better convey and implement various policies, regulations and arrangements made by the CPC Central Committee to the frontier Tibetan areas. Therefore, the administrative official documents of Hanzang translation are particularly important in Tibetan settlement areas. This article mainly elaborates the function and significance of administrative official document Hanzang translation from four aspects.
