近年来,国家在控制污染物含量的基础上,开始实行控制污染物总量的环境管理方法。pH值是衡量污水处理效果的主要参数,因此,必须在排往江河的最后关口对污水的pH值进行跟踪监测。为此,我厂研制了一套能自动监测污水排放瞬时流量、日排量和月排量并记录排放水pH值的系统。效果颇佳。一、传感器和转换器流量的测量采用国产LDQ型潜水电磁流量计,其工作原理是:励磁线圈在导管内产生磁场,液体在导管内流动时作切割磁力线运动,同时在导管壁的两个电极间(电极与磁场方向和液体流动方向垂直)产生与流速大小成正比的感应电动势。测量这个电动势就得到管内平均流速进而确定流量值。
