为了提高旋翼结构产品在质量检测时的精度与效率,针对其结构特点提出多个测量参数的测量方案,开发一个自动化光机电综合测控系统。着重分析了精度要求最高的两个测量参数的测量误差,建立误差模型,利用误差灵敏度分析算法寻找影响测量的关键因素,并提出了相应的传感器校正与补偿方法。 In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of rotor structure products in quality inspection, aiming at the structural features of the rotor structure, a number of measurement parameters measurement schemes are proposed and an automated optical electro-mechanical integrated measurement and control system is developed. The measurement error of the two measurement parameters with the highest accuracy is analyzed emphatically. The error model is established. The error sensitivity analysis algorithm is used to find the key factors that influence the measurement. The corresponding sensor calibration and compensation methods are also proposed.
