参加人民大学举办的基层行管理人才培训班,使笔者开阔了思路,拓宽了视野,丰富了知识。40天的学习训练,使笔者心灵无时无刻不经受着冲击。在知识爆炸的时代,面对纷繁复杂的经济金融形势和经营管理需求,作为农发行的一名基层年轻管理干部,笔者感到无论是知识还是能力,都与工作要求有不小的距离,尤其是参加学习班以后这样的感觉更加强烈。下面结合学习的体会,就如何做好中层干部谈几点浅见。
