最近,农业部受权宣布取消四十三项农村达标升级活动,其中包括“初级卫生保健达标”,随后国务院又下令取消37项集资项目,也涉及到初级卫生保健有关内容。由此,一些同志认为农村不再搞初级卫生保健了,甚至认为农村的预防保健工作也不需要再抓下去了,针对这些情况,市卫生局局长周润禄在最近召开的卫生局长会上,回顾了初级卫生保健工作对促进我市农村经济发展作出的积极贡献,指出:不搞“达标”不等于不搞“初保”。周润禄局长指出:建市以来,特别是从1985年以后,我市确定了以初级卫生保健为龙头发展农村卫生工作的基本指导方针,经过各级政府和卫生系统广大干部群众的积极工作,巩固和发展了农村三级医疗卫生网,95％
