燕尾槽加工的关键是燕尾斜面对称度和尺寸的控制,而核心又是方便、快捷、精确的测量方法和手段。燕尾的测量涉及角度的测量、对称度的测量和斜面位置的控制等,通过测量来保证燕尾的对称图1燕尾图度和角度要求,达到控制对称度和角度误差的目的,从而保证产品的装配性能。所以保证对称度是燕尾加工的重点。以我公司某产品零件(连接板,见图1)为例进行分析。燕尾的加工工艺为:下料(20mm×85mm)→铣平面→铣侧面→铣两端面→磨一面→粗铣燕尾→精铣外形。
