目的 :研究人参皂甙 Rg1 ,Re对β-淀粉样蛋白 (β- AP)诱导原代培养海马及皮质神经元损伤的影响。方法 :测定神经元细胞培养上清中的乳酸脱氢酶 ( L DH)释放度来检测细胞的受损程度。 结果 :经终浓度为 0 .4μmol/ L 的 β- AP诱导损伤 12h,神经元细胞培养上清中的 L DH释放度明显升高 ;人参皂甙 Rg1 ,Re在 10 ,2 0 μmol/ L 浓度时均能使 L DH的释放度显著减少。 结论 :两种人参皂甙在一定剂量范围内能对抗 β- AP诱导的神经元损伤 ,表现出对神经元一定程度的保护作用
Objective: To study the effects of ginsenoside Rg1 and Re on the damage of primary cultured hippocampus and cortical neurons induced by β-amyloid protein (β-AP). Methods: The extent of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) release in neuronal cell culture supernatants was measured to detect the extent of cell damage. RESULTS: After the final concentration of 0.4 μmol / L β-AP induced injury for 12 h, the release degree of LDH in the culture supernatant of neuronal cells increased significantly; when ginsenoside Rg1, Re was at a concentration of 10, 20 μmol / L Both can significantly reduce the release of LDH. Conclusion :Two kinds of ginsenosides can antagonize β-AP-induced neuronal damage within a certain dose range, showing a certain degree of protective effect on neurons.
