在AZ91D镁合金表面火焰喷涂CoCrAlY-Al2O3涂层,研究涂层的表面硬度、微观组织和耐磨性能。结果表明,涂层与基体的结合方式以镶嵌式咬合为主,同时伴随着少量的冶金结合。火焰喷涂涂层的耐磨性明显优于AZ91D镁合金基体。
The surface of AZ91D magnesium alloy was flame sprayed with CoCrAlY-Al2O3 coating to study the surface hardness, microstructure and wear resistance of the coating. The results show that the bond between the coating and the substrate is mainly based on mosaic bite, accompanied by a small amount of metallurgical bonding. The wear resistance of flame sprayed coating is obviously better than that of AZ91D magnesium alloy.
