本文以肺癌手术后肺组织标本为材料,用RT-PCR为实验方法,初步观察了肺癌病人肺组织中IL-1α、IL-1β、IL-1Ra基因mRNA表达与阴虚证之间的关系。选择21例肺癌病人为对象,分为肺癌无阴虚组和肺癌阴虚组,结果表明肺癌阴虚组肺组织IL-1β基因mRNA表达水平有高于肺癌无阴虚组的趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);肺癌阴虚组肺组织IL-1β/IL-Ra基因mRNA表达水平比值高于肺癌无阴虚组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
In this paper, lung tissue specimens from lung cancer were used as materials. RT-PCR was used as an experimental method to initially observe the relationship between IL-1α, IL-1β and IL-1Ra gene mRNA expression in lung tissue and Yin deficiency syndrome in lung cancer patients.
