Objective: To understand the contents of trace elements Cu, Fe, Zn and Ca in whole blood during pregnancy and to explore the influencing factors. Methods: The contents of Cu, Zn, Ca, Mg and Fe in 728 pregnant women of different pregnancy were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The comparative experiments Group and control group trace element content. Results: The main deficiency of pregnant women were iron, calcium and zinc three kinds of trace elements, the lack of rate and the control group were statistically different. And iron, zinc, calcium deficiency rate increased with gestational age increased. Conclusion: The trace elements in blood of pregnant women have changed to some extent. Trace elements iron, calcium and zinc should be rationally added according to different gestation weeks.
