信息化条件下热带山岳丛林地作战是未来我军可能面临的边境反击作战样式之一,其对财务保障有着特殊的要求。针对其作战发起突然,保障准备时间短的特点,应充分做好财务应急保障准备;针对其作战行动力量多元、隶属关系复杂的特点,应不断完善财务应急保障体系;针对其财务保障标准制度不健全、经费监督管理不够有力的特点,应着力健全财务法规和标准制度;针对其财务人员素质欠缺、应急保障装备不足的现实,应大力夯实财务应急保障基础。
Under the condition of informationization, tropical mountain jungle combat is one of the frontier combat countermeasures that our army may face in the future, and it has special requirements on financial security. For the sudden launch of its operations and the short preparation time, financial emergency support should be adequately prepared for its financial operations. For its diversified operations and complex affiliations, the financial emergency support system should be continuously improved. Sound financial supervision and management is not strong enough characteristics, efforts should be made to improve the financial regulations and standards system; for the lack of quality of its financial staff, lack of emergency support for the reality of the equipment should be vigorously consolidate the basis of financial emergency support.
