目的 探讨心电图运动负荷试验在诊断民航飞行人员早期冠心病中的价值。方法 以心肌放射性核素~(201)铊成像结果为冠心病诊断标准,对心电图运动负荷试验阳性的29名民航飞行人员进行验证,结合冠心病危险因素的多少,判定心电图运动负荷试验结果的真伪。结果 29例心电图次极限量运动负荷试验阳性的飞行员中,10例心肌放射性核素~(201)铊成像阳性,其中心电图ST段下降超过0.1mV者8人,且有高脂血症者7例,肥胖者6例,高血压4例,符合冠心病诊断。其余19例心肌放射性核素成像阴性,排除了冠心病诊断。结论 心肌放射性核素成像结果与冠心病危险因素综合判定,可作为无症状的冠心病人诊断的重要依据。
Objective To investigate the value of ECG exercise load test in the diagnosis of early coronary heart disease in civil aviation pilots. Methods Totally 29 civil aviation pilots with positive electrocardiogram exercise load test were used to diagnose coronary heart disease with myocardial thalamatum ~ (201) thallium imaging results. The results of electrocardiogram exercise load test were determined according to the risk factors of coronary heart disease Pseudo. Results Of the 29 patients who had positive electrocardiogram positive limit exercise load test, 10 cases of myocardial radionuclide ~ (201) thallium imaging were positive. Among them, 8 were lower than 0.1 mV in ECG ST segment and 7 were hyperlipidemia , Obesity in 6 cases, 4 cases of hypertension, in line with coronary heart disease diagnosis. The remaining 19 cases of myocardial radionuclide imaging negative, ruled out the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Conclusion The results of myocardial radionuclide imaging and risk factors of coronary heart disease comprehensive judgment, can be used as an important basis for diagnosis of asymptomatic coronary heart disease.
