作者应用灭吐灵治疗十二指肠溃疡30(男22,女8)例,年龄18～69岁,平均38.6岁。6例为慢性,13例为急性,11例为亚急性溃疡,均在门诊治疗观察。剂量为每日3次,每次10～20毫克,9例附加静注每周2次,每次10～20毫克,持续1～3周。病人在一般日常生活中进行治疗,无特定的溃疡病膳食。疗程8～52天,平均25.7天。结果所有病例均有良效。2/3、9/10和其他病例的症状分别于2～5天后、10天内、12～21天内消失。以开始即用大量(每天3次,每次10毫克、加上10～20毫克静注)为宜。单独静注则疗效不佳。有3例每天服3次,每次20毫克、另加每天静注20毫克,于静注后有短暂的乏力与轻度恶心。开始即用大剂量
The authors apply mepredrine in the treatment of duodenal ulcers 30 (male 22, female 8) cases, aged 18 to 69 years, mean 38.6 years. 6 cases were chronic, 13 cases were acute, and 11 cases were subacute ulcer. All were observed in outpatient treatment. Dose of 3 times a day, each 10 to 20 mg, 9 additional intravenous injection twice a week, each 10 to 20 mg for 1 to 3 weeks.
