化工矿产地质档案是在自身的科学技术活动中产生的。具体说来,是对各种地质现象的观测、地形及地质测量、找矿勘探、选矿、化验、遥感、物化探等活动的直接记录和实际反映,是化学工业建设的前期性、基础性的工作。集中统一地管理化工矿产地质档案,维护其完整、准确、系统、安全,使地质档案得到有效利用,提高科研项目档案材料的内在质量,实现地质档案工作标准化和档案管理现代化,是一项迫在眉睫的重要任务。据笔者对化工矿产地质系统某单位统计,项目完整率约为79.3%,案卷完整率为50%左右,科技档案利用率仅为6.94%。年利用率低的原因,一方面,档案室对外界宣传
